MCG Western ships orders to eligible delivery addresses accepted at checkout. Shipping availability can vary by product and destination. If checkout does not accept an address, we cannot ship the order to that address.
Shipping methods and charges
MCG Western currently provides free standard shipping to eligible delivery addresses throughout the United States. The checkout page will confirm whether an order and destination qualify before payment.
Order processing and delivery
We begin processing an order after payment has been authorized. We may contact you if we need to verify payment, inventory, or delivery information.
Eligible paid orders placed before 2:00 p.m. Central Time on a regular business day are handed off to UPS that same business day. Eligibility depends on successful payment authorization, in-stock availability, address verification, and ordinary UPS Ground service. Orders placed at or after the cutoff, on weekends or carrier holidays, or requiring additional review are handled on the next available business day.
After an eligible shipping address is entered at checkout, we display a destination-specific estimated delivery date for ordinary UPS Ground when one is available. If a destination-specific date is unavailable, most orders shipped to the lower 48 states and the District of Columbia are estimated to arrive in about five business days after an order is accepted. Orders to Alaska or Hawaii are estimated at 5–10 business days, and orders to military addresses are estimated at 7–14 business days. Delivery dates and timeframes are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery can take longer because of destination, carrier conditions, product availability, weather, holidays, address verification, or other circumstances outside our control. If arrival by a particular date is important, please contact us before ordering.
Tracking
When tracking is available, we will send it to the email address provided with the order. Tracking information may take time to update after a carrier receives a package.
Address changes
Please check your shipping address before submitting an order. Contact us promptly if it needs to be corrected. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after processing or shipment begins. Additional carrier or reshipment charges caused by an incorrect customer-provided address may be the customer’s responsibility.
Restricted products and locations
Some products may be subject to carrier, age, or location restrictions. We may cancel an order that cannot lawfully or safely be shipped to its destination. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the canceled amount.
Missing, damaged, or incorrect deliveries
If an order arrives damaged, contains the wrong item, or does not arrive as expected, please contact us with the order number and relevant details. Keep the item and packaging until we provide instructions.
