We accept eligible returns requested within 30 days after the order is delivered.
Starting a return
Contact us before sending anything back. Include your order number, the item you want to return, and the reason for the return. After receiving return instructions, mail approved returns to:

Items sent without return instructions may be delayed or refused.
Return eligibility
Unless a product-specific exception was disclosed before purchase, returned merchandise must be in substantially the same condition in which it was received. It should be unused or unworn beyond a reasonable try-on and include its original tags, accessories, parts, and packaging when applicable.
Proof of purchase is required. We may decline an ordinary return that falls outside the return period or shows use, alteration, avoidable damage, or missing parts unrelated to an MCG Western or carrier error.
Items marked “Final Sale” or non-returnable before purchase, gift cards, and goods that cannot safely or legally be returned after opening are not eligible for an ordinary return. These restrictions do not limit rights that apply to defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped merchandise.
Return shipping
For an ordinary return, the customer is responsible for return-shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable service and retaining the shipping receipt until the return is complete.
We do not charge a restocking fee.
If an item arrives damaged or defective, or we send the wrong item, please contact us promptly. MCG Western will arrange an appropriate remedy and cover reasonable return-shipping costs when a return is required because of our error.
Inspection and refunds
We will notify you after the return is received and inspected. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within five business days after inspection. A bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the credit.
Any original outbound shipping charge is non-refundable on an ordinary return. This does not apply when a refund is required because merchandise was damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped, or when applicable law requires otherwise.
Exchanges
If you need a different item or size, please contact us. Available options depend on current inventory, and replacement merchandise cannot be guaranteed.
Order cancellations
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order. We cannot guarantee cancellation after processing or shipment begins.

This policy does not limit any non-waivable rights provided by applicable law.
